Experimental winery
Designing an experimental wine house is pure meditation on everything we don't have to do when building a house. We will do as little as possible. We won't insulate, use technology, clad, or combine materials. We will purely create. Our tools will be poetry and punk. It won't be for everyone, but whoever gets a taste for it will love it. Screw everything. When it's cold, we'll make a fire. When it's dark, we'll light candles, or let the darkness take effect. We close nothing, everything is visible. Let people sit wherever they want and do whatever they want. Not thinking about standards and clichés is tough, but liberating.

We drew a cellar and a roof. Nothing to it. A few arches, wood, glass. Plus fire. We didn't want to overdo it. Let there still be room for emotions from the wine, which plays the main role here. Tasting wine and looking at houses are similar activities. It doesn't matter what others tell you. This is about you. Tastes good? Like it? It's simple. When drinking wine, what matters most is how you feel. It's the same with the house in which you will drink it.

Above the cellar, the last rays of sun shine, licking the traces of lipstick on finished glasses. Flames of fire reflect in the mirror of invisible glass walls that erect the only barrier between us and the vineyard full of plump grapes. In the distance, here and there, the river flashes, twisting around Mělník like a snake. The smell of food mixes with the earthy dampness from the cellar. I breathe in the scent that tells the story of how wine is made. I take a sip from the glass, and everything becomes even clearer. Courage, respect, and a pinch of audacity create the best wine and experiences. I am standing in the middle of the vineyard. I am here alone, just me, the wine, and this house.
Wines are stories. Ours unvarnishedly tell tales from the past, present, and future. They are full of authentic aromas, delicious on the tongue yet slightly controversial. Quite possibly they won't be for everyone, nor are they meant to be. Cheeky poetry of flavors, punk, and Postřižiny. The power of the moment usually lies in its uniqueness. The essential depth and aroma of our wines are created with respect and love for original methods and recipes, as well as for the magic of randomness and experimentation. Simply a story. A story like wine, all you have to do is listen."
