Making Forest
The Making Forest exhibition stems from the current state of forestry management. It presents the main key moments of forest production, forest care, and logging. The visual material for the exhibition was created over the course of one year, becoming a temporal compression of the hundred-year life cycle of a forest. It captures the process of growing a tree, the moment of felling, and the transformation into timber material.

The exhibition reflects the cultural understanding of the forest. We pass through an urban environment of exhibition objects whose visual and structural character references the "temples" of our civilization. The photographic approach questions the dichotomy of nature–culture and art–industry. The perspective on the forest is anthropocentric; this is a managed working forest.
By emphasizing activities that influence the functioning of forests, we open a debate on the nature of human intervention. We hope for social responsibility and a long-term concept of forestry management that will preserve the complex significance of the forest in both natural and cultural contexts.
